Before scheduling your first session, we'll have a brief conversation (by your preferred communication method) to:

Make sure I'm the right fit for your needs
Answer any questions you have about the process
Explain how telehealth sessions work

After scheduling your first appointment:
Client portal access - You'll receive login information for SimplePractice
Intake forms - Complete these before our first session
Session link - You'll get a secure video link for your appointment
Technology test - We can test your connection before the session if needed
